Each applicant eighteen years and older is required to submit an application. The application fee is non-refundable. Cordelle's application includes a back ground check, credit check, rental verification, and employment verification. Cordelles income requirement is two and a half times the monthly rent in income. Co-signers are accepted and require five times the rent in income.

Management may require a deposit equal to one months rent, application depending. Deposits are fully refundable upon move out, absent of damage costs to the unit.

Cordelle requires a one-time pet fee to be paid upfront for each pet living in the unit. Each unit can have a maximum of two pets and pet fees are  non-refundable.

Cordelle charges a monthly charge for each pet living in the unit.

Residents can rent a parking space in Cordelles indoor parking garage. Garage parking spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and each space is subject to a monthly parking charge.

Residents can rent a parking space in the surface parking lot across the street. Surface parking spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and each space is subject to a monthly parking charge.

Cordelle charges a monthly trash fee per resident. This rate does not change from month-to-month. 

Cordelle charges water and sewer back to each unit using the City of St. Paul's RUBs calculation. This charge will vary slightly each month depending on building wide water usage.

Upon move-in, residents are responsible for setting up an account with Excel Energy for their units electricity.

Upon move-in, residents are responsible for setting up an account with Excel Energy for their units gas. This charge is only applicable to Cordelle's two-bedroom units.

Upon move-in, residents are responsible for setting up their own internet service. Residents may choose any provider that suites their needs. However, Cordelle has an exclusive partnership with Quantum Fiber and connect you with Cordelle’s Quantum Fiber representatives to help you access special discounts and deals.

Cordelle is managed by DM Companies. The management office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. On-site maintenance is available Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Cordelle offers after hours emergency maintenance line that is managed by DM Companies in house maintenance team. 

Cordelle's application process is 100% online. Upon request, the management team will email a application for your desired unit. You will
